A student housing project featuring the following buildings: Building C: A five-story wood frame central building with adjacent townhouses with a total of 734 beds. A courtyard with three amenity buildings. Building C Mirror Image Repeat: wood frame central building with adjacent townhouses and a total of 614 beds. Building B: An eight-story midrise building with load-bearing studs and metal deck construction. The building includes townhouses with 1,886 beds, seven levels of parking with a pool on level eight.
