Hanover SOMA

A 432,000 SF mixed-use residential apartment building incorporating five levels of Type IIIA wood construction over a two-level Type I concrete podium and single-level below-grade parking. There is a preserved historical facade along three sides of the building in both temporary construction and permanent conditions.
